I wrote this document to explain the friendlier, more conversational “voice” that I helped develop for TeleTech's new internal branding initiative.

Leadership Blog
This internal blog, from a Chief Financial and Administration Officer, shares the results of a pulse engagement survey with the company’s employees and the positive actions leadership plans to take as a result of the survey.
Employee Email Campaign (lighthearted)
This campaign included a teaser email and three entertaining memos detailing exciting employee-centric changes happening at the company.
Memo re: Grand Opening
This memo from the SVP of Operations shares information regarding the opening of a TeleTech customer experience center in Florida and the expansion of TeleTech's footprint in the healthcare field.
Cybersecurity Newsletter
This newsletter shares info on how TTEC employees can avoid the CyberGrinch during the holidays as well as tips on data security, online awareness and asset protection.
Employee Profile Article (Values)
The story of two department heads exemplifying the company’s “Act as One” value.
Onboarding Intranet Space
As part of creating a “wow” new employee experience, I wrote copy for a new mobile communication process that sends text messaging to new hires and their managers as well as a video script and memos that explained the new process to current employees (available upon request). I also rewrote this onboarding space on TeleTech's intranet:
Email Campaign (Employee Foundation)
A quarterly email campaign targeting TeleTech employees that encouraged them to apply for a TeleTech Community Foundation grant to support students in need.
Promotional Flyer (play on words)
This promotional flyer for Catholic Health Initiatives (copy created for McCarthy Messaging) promises physicians and staff a few “perks” if they take a survey.
Benefits/Annual Enrollment Emails
These two designed emails were part of a campaign to encourage employees in the Philippines to choose the benefit plan that is best for them and their families.

TTEC’s job website, which employs the same upbeat tone as the Culture Book, explains in a non-technical way what TTEC does and why one would want to work there.

This memo to all TeleTech employees informed them of a new talent community that matches their career aspirations with opportunities within the company. It encourages them to reach, grow and dream big!

This article, posted on the disability website Disaboom.com, describes an adaptive athlete’s triumph over severe illness, a near-death experience and double amputation.
Profile Article (Project Cure)
This article, written for Project Cure, shares how the Seaboard Corp. with some help from Project Cure, built a modern maternity ward in a hospital nestled among the steep hills of Matadi in the DRC (Democratic Republic of the Congo).

Club Blue Email, Web and FAQ Copy
For Goodwill's new rewards program called Club Blue, I wrote various communications, including this copy for the Club Blue website space, customer emails and FAQs.

A colorful brochure with fashion and DIY decorating ideas using sample items that can be found in a Goodwill retail store.
Email Blast (Deja Blue Boutique)
Lighthearted email to customers inviting them to shop at Deja Blue Boutique for the holidays.
Mission Posters (Goodwill)
These series of posters, which hung in frames on the walls of Goodwill stores, highlight the different type of people that shop at a Goodwill store and how their actions tie into Goodwill’s slogan “That’s My Goodwill Effect.” In a collaborative effort, the designer came up with the “types” and I wrote the quotes.
Franchise Owner Newsletter (Quiznos)
An oldie but goodie, this printed newsletter provided news and advice to Quiznos franchise owners about marketing, operations, training, franchise support and more.
Register Sign (Deja Blue Boutique)
This is what you get when you have two hours to come up with a sign idea before a reporter comes to check out (and write about) your new boutique.

A landing page that explains Goodwill’s newly launched “Outlet Worlds” where you can pile on the pounds without piling on the guilt.
